"Halloween Open"

We started the weekend off great!  The weather on Saturday was fabulous.  Shooters came out of the woodwork!  On Saturday 49 shooters shot the singles.  Dick Newell, Gerry Williams, Duane McDuffee, Bob Dobbs, Stephen Jurca, and Jerry Mitchell all posted 100 straights.  55 shooters shot the Handicap, with Matthew Coleman and Jerry Mitchell breaking the top score of 98.  In the Doubles Matt Coffey and Dick Newell both let one get away, but still had the top score out of 33 with the score of 99!  On Sunday, the wind came in and blew most of the shooters away, but those who nailed one foot to the ground had a "blustery" time.  Garret Cobbs didn't seem to mind the wind too much and won 3 titles on Sunday.  Only 13 shooters shot the doubles, but Matt Coffey came out in front with a 98!   22 shooters shot the Handicap where Garret posted the top score with a 97!  It was Matt and Garret along with Greg Cobbs and George Miller who all shot 97's in the final singles event of the weekend.  We appreciate all the support you give to our club, and hope to see you again next month!
