The Arizona State Teams for Men, Women, Juniors, Sub Juniors, Veterans and Senior Veterans recognize the top shooters within the State on an annual basis. Team members are chosen based on the shooters composite average of all targets registered during the preceding ATA target year (singles, handicap, doubles). To be eligible for a team, a shooter must have registered a minimum number of targets, in each discipline, as listed below.

Note: These target changes were approved by the Board of Directors during the BOD meeting held November 9, 2007. This change was based on a target analysis of shooters and the number who qualified for the teams. Based on this study, the above changes were unanimously approved.
Recognition is also given to the top three shooters with the highest averages in Singles, Handicap and Doubles. Shooter's must register the minimum number of targets, per discipline, as listed for Men to be eligible.
The shooter who registers the most targets during the target year is also recognized.
