The Arizona State Teams for Men, Women, Juniors, Sub Juniors, Veterans and Senior Veterans recognize the top shooters within the State on an annual basis. Team members are chosen based on the shooters composite average of all targets registered during the preceding ATA target year (singles, handicap, doubles). To be eligible for a team, a shooter must have registered a minimum number of targets, in each discipline, as listed below.

"Rookie of the Year" Delegate Award:
The Delegate will present the Rookie of the year award to the shooter with the highest composite average. To qualify for Rookie of the Year, a shooter must have joined the ATA for the first time in the 2011 target year and registered a minimum of 500 Singles, 500 Handicap and 300 Doubles.
The ASTA will also award the winner of the Rookie of the Year Award an ASTA Life Membership.
