The Arizona State Trapshooting Association is organized into three statewide Zones, Northern, Central and Southern. The Zip Code and county of a gun club or residence of an individual member determines their Zone affiliation. A maximum of three (3) directors from each Zone will serve on the Board of Directors. Nominations will be from the floor, by Zone, at the Annual Meeting. If a Zone has no candidates a member at large may be nominated and elected by members of the Zone not having sufficient candidates. Incoming Directors will serve a three year term.
ASTA Board Requirements:
Candidates for the board must have registered not less than 4000 targets in the ATA target year preceding the year of their candidacy.
Seated board members must have registered 4000 targets in the ATA year preceding the year of the annual meeting.
